We provide call monitoring to ensure that our carers undertake scheduled visits on time and stay for the required period of the calls. This offers mprotection to our service users and minimises the risk of complaints.

We match care workers to service users based on skills and experience and the needs of the service users. We aim to achieve excellence in providing care services that match or even surpass our service users’ expectations.
