Training

Care Connecxions UK Ltd comply with the training requirements of the sector. All care staff are trained in the Care Certificate.

We have engaged the services of accredited training colleges to ensure the ongoing training of care workers to achieve the QCF Level 2/3 in Health and Social Care. Most of our care workers have already achieved this.

All care workers undertake full induction training prior to commencing work placements. They also undertake training on Adult safeguarding, Medication, Manual Handling, Emergency First Aid, Infection Control, Food Hygiene, Health Safety.

Care Connecxions UK Ltd have invested in Citation and Altura Learning United Kingdom Ltd who provide accredited training to our staff to ensure they receive regular training updates. We access the Skills for Care website to receive updates on industry changes, and this information is disseminated within the organisation.

We constantly ensure staff are developed to their maximum potential which ensures they can undertake their role in a safe and proper manner with minimal risks and provide good quality care to all service users.
